Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery date. If more than 7 days have gone by since you've received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Send an email to info@sebreeboutique.com to notify us of the number of products that we should expect in your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn/unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also have the tags still attached. 

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We will not accept returns on sale items, discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes), jewelry, intimates, beauty products, or swimsuits. No exceptions.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Store Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then you will receive an email notification with a code for a store credit equivalent to the amount that you paid for the returned products. Store credits exclude shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the time that it is received by Sebree Boutique.

Late or missing credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your spam folder in your email account.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit code, please contact us at info@sebreeboutique.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items or items bought using a discount code cannot be credited.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You must send us an email to info@sebreeboutique.com with "Gift Return" in the subject field. In the email, let us know how many items we can expect in the return. Once the returned item(s) is/are received, a gift credit code will be sent to the email address that you used to notify us of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the original buyer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, or you can have us create a return label for you and the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit refund. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your product(s) may vary. Please email us prior to returning your item(s) so that we know what we should be expecting. 

***If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.***
